You guys. The WM Open at TPC Scottsdale is epic. Dubbed "The Greatest Show on Grass" and it definitely lives up to its name. Drawing nearly 500,000 "enthusiastic" fans each year, resulting in the PGA Tour's best attended event, the state of Arizona shines once again as those spectators helped to transform the famous 16th hole into "The Coliseum" and the LOUDEST hole in golf. The golf is amazing, of course. The weather doesn't get any better. The food and drinks flow non-stop. And the people watching is the best! Add to that the incredible line up of bands playing several nights at The Coors Light Bird's Nest and you have a week long journey of fun in the sun. https://coorslightbirdsnest.com/ . I suggest multiple days if you can swing it as each day at the tournament is unique and the line up of the bands playing is just begging for more than one night!
Pro tip: Get Greenskeeper Passes. Trust Me. This area is incredible and allows for unlimited food and drinks, lounging areas with shaded cabanas, Adirondack chairs right on the lake for watching golf, and the NICE bathrooms. Most packages also come with a valet parking pass which is worth it's weight in gold. The bar is pouring top shelf drinks ALL DAY and there is a steady rotation of great food. In addition, using the Greenskeeper location as home base gives you access to the rest of the tournament spots - including the famous 16th hole so you can walk around and explore. It is the best!! If you can't get valet passes get an Uber or ride your bike so you can avoid the traffic and the parking. You can thank me later.
